Car rental in South Iceland, Bakki airport (BIBA)
Located on the Iceland South Coast, Bakki airport is close to the famous natural attraction Seljalandsfoss waterfall and the Landeyjahöfn port. This airport is used for short-haul flights to and from the Westman Islands and some sightseeing flights.

Parking in Iceland South Coast
Most designed parking spots on the south coast are free, but you have to pay for parking at some famous tourist attractions(e.g. Seljalandsfoss) . For those paid spots, you can find a parking meter or a ticket machine to pay for your parking using a card. The hotels and guesthouses along Ring Road usually provide free overnight parking spots for guests.
If you are driving a camper or caravan, PLEASE go to a designated campground and stay overnight INSIDE the camping site. Sleeping in a car, campervan, or a caravan is illegal within town limits, road sides and car parks.
